Popular Television actor Dilip Joshi, who is best known for playing Jethalal in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has received a threat. It is being reported that the Nagpur Control Room on February 1 received a call from an unknown person named Katke about 25 men armed with guns and weapons deployed outside Dilip’s Mumbai residence. This comes a day after a caller threatened to blow up the houses of megastars Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Mukesh Ambani.

As per the media reports, it was the same call in which the caller warned about bombs being planted at Mukesh, Amitabh, and Dharmendra's residences. The caller also mentioned that some people talk about 25 people who have reached Mumbai to carry out these activities. After receiving the threatening call, the Nagpur Control Room immediately alerted Shivaji Park Police Station and they started an investigation by registering a case. An investigation is underway as the police are searching for the caller. Following the threat call, Supreme Court has provided the highest Z+ security cover to Mukesh Ambani and his family members throughout India and abroad. The court said that the entire expenses of providing the highest level of Z+ security will be borne by them. Police found out that the caller was from Mumbai. A source also revealed that special teams of the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) were asked to check for any suspicious objectives near the premises of Amitabh, Mukesh, and Dharmendra.

Reportedly, the caller also claimed that 25 people had arrived in Dadar, Mumbai, armed with weapons to carry out terror attacks in India.
